ANDY LEE
Andy is a highly skilled KYC & Fraud specialist with expertise in the end to end process design and management of Pan European KYC & fraud management strategies, encompassing prevention, detection, investigation and analysis. His experience spans the Telecoms, Retail Banking and Retail (CNP) sectors. He has specific expertise in setting up Fraud departments from scratch for online organisations (Ivobank and Lastminute.com) where he developed the KYC and risk strategy; built the systems and processes; recruited, developed and led high performance teams. Many of the business’ he has worked for have grown at a relentless pace with products being launched continually.
The requirement to identify new fraud risks, develop strategies and systems to respond and keep abreast of trends in fraud has been immense. More recently he has had ‘start up’ experience in which he has been involved in identifying potential risks by products, locations and channels. Key areas of these projects included 3rd party vendor selection, designing KYC, fraud and risk strategies & systems, unit testing, system integration & E2E process mapping. All of these areas have involved considerable interaction with all stakeholders.
